1. Accepted Payment Methods
We strive to provide a convenient and secure payment experience. We accept a variety of payment methods, including:

- PayPal: Secure online payments through your PayPal account.
- Stripe: A leading online payment processing platform.

2. Currency
All prices displayed on our website and for all transactions are in United States Dollars (USD). If your local currency is different, your bank or payment provider will convert the transaction amount at their prevailing exchange rate. Please note that exchange rate fluctuations and foreign transaction fees may apply, which are beyond our control.
3. Payment Security

4 . Payment Terms for Custom Life Diamonds
Due to the highly personalized and bespoke nature of our Custom Life Diamonds, the following payment terms apply:
- Full Prepayment Required: All orders for Custom Life Diamonds require full payment upfront at the time of order placement. Production will not commence until full payment has been successfully processed and confirmed.
- Non-Refundable Once Production Commenced: As stated in our User Service Agreement, once the production process for your Custom Life Diamond has officially commenced (i.e., after your biological materials have been confirmed and transferred to our production facility in Hong Kong), all payments become non-refundable. This is because the creation process is irreversible and tailored specifically to your unique biological materials.
- Order Cancellation Before Production: If you wish to cancel your order before the production process has commenced (i.e., before your biological materials have been confirmed and transferred to our production facility), you may be eligible for a refund, minus any incurred logistics and processing fees (e.g., for the dispatch of the collection kit). Please refer to our User Service Agreement for detailed cancellation terms.
5 . Taxes and Duties
- Included in Price: For the final delivery of your Custom Life Diamond, the price you pay includes all applicable import duties, value-added tax (VAT), and customs clearance service fees. Longingandlove will handle these charges and procedures.
- Exclusions: The price does not include any taxes or duties that may be levied on the return shipment of your biological materials (Stage 2 of our Shipping Policy), which is the customer’s responsibility.
6 . Payment Authorization
By submitting your order, you represent and warrant that you are the authorized user of the chosen payment method and that the payment information provided is accurate and valid. We reserve the right to cancel any order if we suspect fraudulent activity or unauthorized payment.
